An hour long session in which we discuss where you are in life and what you are looking for, in terms of both destination and desired results.
You can get a feel for who I am, how I work, and see if I am a good match for you.
No Strings Attached.
My feelings will not be hurt if you decide “not right now” or “not with you.” I will also be forthright if I sense you would be better served by someone else or by other supports.
Focusing on the goals and desired outcomes you identified in your exploratory session, I support you in making progress. You retain control, and can shift our focus or direction if desired.
Light the Fire
3 months, $600/month
Where We Begin
To effect lasting change, a minimum engagement is a three month commitment, with three sessions each month.
At the end of the third month we assess if you feel complete, or wish to walk farther together.
I am open to discussing a payment plan that will not cause hardship for you.
Tending the Flames
$200 / session
Ongoing Support and Maintenance
Once you have completed Lighting the Fire, you are welcome to book direct sessions as needed, with the goal of checking progress, getting support for new challenges, or taking a deeper dive. These can be one-offs, or as regular as you would like them to be.
